To help their marketing team lease the building on Lot 23 of the new Vinegar Lane in Ponsonby, CBRE asked us to design an information memorandum, giving us complete creative licence. We responded with a design inspired by the culture of Ponsonby, and had a lot of fun with it along the way!
 
The brochure includes half pages of bright yellow stock, artistically shot black and white photography and big, bold quotes. All of these when combined with the Canadian wiro binding helped to make this IM very contemporary. We have had great feedback from CBRE that the IM has been well received by the targeted tenants.
